This is our most requested services from our clients, including translation, revision, review, and proofreading, with each process done by a separate translation team member. Review and proofreading are optional depending on the purposes of your document to be translated and per your request. For formal documents, legal documents, and documents for publication, we recommend a full set of standard services; for general documents and materials, we would recommend at least a translation and a revision process; for informative material and content summary, translation and revision by competent translators and revisers may be sufficient.

Terminology management

Depending on your needs, we can help create, update, and manage a terminology base that is specific to your business so that you can keep consistency in terms used in your documents across your organization.

Formatting

The translation product, by default, will keep the same formatting as the source file, unless you prefer to use a different formatting, which is considered as a value added service.

Language consultation

We offer consultation on language related issues, including target language selection, voice, style, and cultural differences etc. This is usually included in the standard service when you use our translation service.

Third-party quality evaluation

We can offer independent quality evaluation and deliver a Quality Evaluation Report per your request.
